1. Good command over TPM / Kaizen.
2. High degree of Conceptual and Analytical skills
3. Systematic approach to Problem Solving
4. Ability to train and develop people on TPM concepts / Kaizen principles
5. Capability to work with multiple locations
6. Good Communication and Presentation skills

Qualification :
- B Tech / Diploma (Mech. / Electrical) Professional Courses on TPM facilitation (from JIPM / CII)
