•    Responsible for HR & IR activities of the plant.
•    Union negotiations & settlement
•    Contract labour management
•    Day to day grievances - domestic enquiries- Disciplinary action
•    Liaison with all Government departments for compliance of statutory requirements
•    Manpower Planning & Recruitment
•    Performance Management System & Training  & Development
•    HR Policies administration and day to day Plant administration
