4. Develops Welding and Fabrication Capability.

5. Supports Sourcing Team to improve Supplier Technical Capabilities.

6. Develops and implement Capital Budgets for Business as Usual and Special Projects.

7. Promotes safety through active participation and support of company policies and procedures, in addition to

initiating corrective action for recognized unsafe conditions or hazards. 

8. Embrace and implement HBE tools and Howden values in all aspects of this role 

9. Exposure to TQM principles
