  • Ensuring all regulatory compliances for safe work place, clean environment & safety of all personals through allocation & implementation of suitable resources. Drive continuous improvement of the production processes to achieve sustainable growth. To ensure that UPC is under control & is always below KP.
  • Ensure coordination between various departments’ SCM, Quality, PD, sales& marketing, Lean, TCS and Finance. Train the workforce to develop their skills.
  • Develop strategies to accompany the future growth of the business & evaluate options for sustainable growth. Clear understanding of business, financial procedures & standards.

Role Description:
The primary purpose of the Solution Sales Manager is to lead, drive, manage, coach and develop a team of Solution Sales Executives, as well as consistently attain targeted revenue and profitability goals. We are hiring a senior leader to expend and lead the world class capability for SAP’s DDM in India, based in Mumbai. This leader will be part of the SAP DDM Leadership Team , reporting to the Regional Head of SAP DDM. In this role, he/she is responsible for all Business Development and Sales activities in the India market unit, covering all industries and customer segments and leading a highly motivated team of SAP DDM Account Executives. The role requires a proven track record in Software / Cloud Sales, excellent people management skills and a solid understanding of the trends and challenges in the India market.

Work Experience:
15-18+ years’ experience in sales role covering large, complex, international enterprises
Min. 3+ years successful people management experience in software sales
Preferably experience in the Database & Data Management Line of Business. Experience in Cloud sales is a plus.
Proven track record of capturing and growing customer and market share in a profitable manner
Collaborative style and ability to work in a networked organization with virtual teams
Proven track record of capturing and growing customer and market share in a profitable manner
Successful people management experience
Fluent in English

Education & Quslification:
BE/MBA

Skills & Competencies:
The ideal candidate must be an accomplished senior sales leader, with sound reputation and a consistent successful track record of achievement in a complex matrix organization.
He or she needs to have a profound experience in strategic and consultative sales, with the ability and credibility to engage the client’s “C-Suite”, winning their trust and consequent business, coupled with demonstrated experience.
India market and competitive experience as well as DDM domain knowledge is a plus
Ability to “keynote” and be the driving force for SAP India’s DDM portfolio
Well-developed strategic skills to drive Sales and Marketing and go-to-market improvement
Proven track record in building and leading teams to achieve aggressive growth targets
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within complex matrix organizations with the knowledge of how to successfully navigate issues with imaginative and winning solutions
