We require the position of Manufacturing Engineering - Manager in the Chennai Location.

Experience -> 10 Years above

Qualification-> B.E ( MECH )

Required Skill and Knowledge :

1. Develops and implements Technology Roadmap for the Plant.

2. Develops and facilitates implementation of LCRM Roadmap. 

3. Conducts various Kaizen events and follows up on actions to improve the Factory Operations. 

4. Develops Welding and Fabrication Capability.

5. Supports Sourcing Team to improve Supplier Technical Capabilities.

6. Develops and implement Capital Budgets for Business as Usual and Special Projects.

7. Promotes safety through active participation and support of company policies and procedures, in addition to

initiating corrective action for recognized unsafe conditions or hazards. 

8. Embrace and implement HBE tools and Howden values in all aspects of this role 

9. Exposure to TQM principles

10. experience of working as a team leader of a cross-functional team and/or demonstrated leadership of major projects or

programs in a team environment
