Shift Timings: 8:00am to 8:00pm (Any 9 hours)

Minimum Education Requirements: Any Degree

Known Lang: English with Kannada

6 Days working

Salary offered from : 10000 to 14000 NTH

 

Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Queries, telling them about products/offers/services/sales/collections

Follow communication scripts when handling different topics

Identify customer's needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

Walk in interview for Freshers Service Executive Openings in Bangalore

We are looking for young and smart non-technical graduates for a mega e-governance project.

Currently we have 15 open positions for Citizen Service Executives. Interested candidates can attend the interview between 21-Dec-2017 to 29-Dec-17

Please note that this job is not related to Finance/HR domain.

This is not a technical requirement hence candidates from technical background need not to apply (ex: BE, B.Tech, MCA & M.Sc candidates need not to apply).


Please check the below requirement & eligibility criteria

1. Required Qualification - BA, BBA, BBM, B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, (with minimum 45% and above only)
2. Decent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Good personality and customer handling skills
4. Proficient in English and Local language (Kannada)
5. Computer savvy and good keyboard skills with accuracy
6. Full time courses only can be considered.
7. Freshers preferred (2014, 2015 , 2016 & 2017 Pass-outs)
8. No calling, No Selling, Completely Operational role
9. Age - 21 - 25 Yrs
10. Not more than 2 years gap during education or employment in total

For Freshers: Offer CTC is Rs. 10000 /month (Take Home salary: Rs 8100)

Job Profile:
Candidate will be responsible to communicate effectively with customer to verify details, provide updates on services subscribed by customer and how it affects them.
