Shift Timings: 8:00am to 8:00pm (Any 9 hours)
Minimum Education Requirements: Any Degree
Known Lang: English with Kannada
6 Days working
Salary offered from : 10000 to 14000 NTH
Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Queries, telling them about products/offers/services/
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
Identify customer's needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
