I am looking out for KAM (Key Account Manager) for Each city (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai)
Experience - Graduation plus min 2 years key account management or sales experience preferable with 3PL, FMCG, E-commerce industries.or MBA fresher+ with solid communication and convincing skills.
Your Role:
Closely Liasoning with franchise partners and ensure seamless flow of communication between Ops, finance, Expansion and Franchise partners.
1. Growth and handholding of franchise: Hiring of store packers, SI and DSM as per plan. Training, Quality and store hygiene point of view
2. Lead communication on Customer experience metrics : Drive store metrics daily and handhold Franchises to take corrective actions by the Ops team.
3. Inventory and controls : Compliance checks, Inventory related, Assets related, COD related hygiene check and actions promptly.
4. Accurate and timely accounting : Monthly billing and closure on no dues (post penalty/incentives) basis contract every month.
5. Franchise experience: Drive franchise grievances and redressal process.Track and improve Franchise NPS every month. Conduct monthly meeting and governance with franchise every month.
