The candidate shall be responsible for facilitating change and organizational effectiveness, as well as developing, reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures, for the effective sourcing, recruiting, developing, rewarding and retaining talent, to meet the needs of the organization.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be Post Graduates in Human Resources Management, preferably
MBAs/MPM with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Management, from a reputed institute.
Experience:
(1) Minimum
8-15 years of relevant experience in Human Resources Management.
(2) Good knowledge of latest HR trends.
(3) Good command over MS Word, Excel and Power-point.
(4) Prior experience of working in the Construction/ Infrastructure sector would be an advantage.
