Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for effectively managing the entire Talent Acquisition process of
IT and Non-IT recruitment's (both domestic and International) for the company's Software
Development Centre and Manufacturing Unit at Ahmedabad
Responsible for tracking and measuring the efficiency of the Talent Acquisition process by
monitoring matrices measuring the Time, Cost, Quality of Hires and Source effectiveness.
Responsible for implementing the Employer Branding Initiatives of the organization
Scheduling, coordinating for Interview with Management
Lead and develop a team of recruiters in meeting the Talent Acquisition needs of the
organization
Acts as a single point of contact for Internal Hiring Managers regarding their Talent Acquisition
needs
Responsible for managing the Organization Structure in the HRMS
Responsible for providing inputs for the annual compensation benchmarking exercise
Implement the Manpower Planning Process Organization-wide and make a Talent Acquisition
Plan for the whole year in advance
Implement a scientific selection process
Highlight Talent Acquisition bottlenecks to Head - HR
Responsible for Campus Recruitment and conducting Walk-in Interviews
Will be responsible for Employer Branding and Recruitment by use of Social Media
Will be responsible for implementing the New Hire Integration Process

Education-
PG: MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations, Information Technology, International Business
