Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for effectively managing the entire Talent Acquisition process of
IT and Non-IT recruitment's (both domestic and International) for the company's Software
Development Centre and Manufacturing Unit at Ahmedabad
Responsible for tracking and measuring the efficiency of the Talent Acquisition process by
monitoring matrices measuring the Time, Cost, Quality of Hires and Source effectiveness.
Responsible for implementing the Employer Branding Initiatives of the organization
Scheduling, coordinating for Interview with Management
Lead and develop a team of recruiters in meeting the Talent Acquisition needs of the
organization
Acts as a single point of contact for Internal Hiring Managers regarding their Talent Acquisition
needs
Responsible for managing the Organization Structure in the HRMS
Responsible for providing inputs for the annual compensation benchmarking exercise
Implement the Manpower Planning Process Organization-wide and make a Talent Acquisition
Plan for the whole year in advance
Implement a scientific selection process
Highlight Talent Acquisition bottlenecks to Head - HR
Responsible for Campus Recruitment and conducting Walk-in Interviews
Will be responsible for Employer Branding and Recruitment by use of Social Media
Will be responsible for implementing the New Hire Integration Process

Senior Engineer – Research And Development ( IMAGE PROCESSING ) | Jekson Vision Private Limited

Job Description 
Contribute in technical discussions regarding requirements, implementation adopting best practices/methodologies, platforms for development and support methodology.
Estimation and timely implementation of the requirements(s) by developing a modular, scalable, high performance code by adopting best practices.
Perform code review of junior software engineers / team members for requirements, adherence, robustness, usability, reliability and performance.
Assist, oversee and mentor junior software engineers / team members technically to meet the schedule.
Own up the defect free code delivery of module/application and provide support during integration/implementation.
Adherence to the documentation requirements of the assigned module / application.
Bug fixing, code optimization.
Collaborate with testing team to understand and resolve the bugs.
Contribute to the software development process improvement.

Additional roles and responsibilities for Research Engineer (Image Processing)

Evaluate alternate cameras, optics, and lighting as and when required by the company.
Implement IEEE papers related to image processing as and when required by the company.

Desired Candidate Profile
BE/ME (Computer Science and Engineering) or B Tech./M. Tech (Computer Science).
Certified Vision Professional - Basic from AIA or similar is a huge advantage.
Hands on experience in Image processing and C, C++ (Minimum 2 years hands on experience in both is must).
Knowledge about MATLAB/OpenCV, QT is an added advantage.
Knowledge of Python is added advantage.
Must have analytical skills and quick learner.
UI application development experience is a plus.
