Job Descripition

• Overall Incharge for the respective unit
• Member of Management Review Committee
• Chair the Unit level Review meeting and review the quality Status at the Unit
• Getting feedback from the Customers (Students and Industries) and initiating Corrective/ preventive action
• Evaluation of the faculty and initiation of Corrective/ preventive action
• Identify and Provide adequate resources
• Coordination of Design, Entrance Examination and Common Examination as per the instructions of Dir(Trg)
• Approval of External Servicing Agencies
• Disposition decision for non-conformance related to training
• Identify & provide the training needs of the staff
• Identify the need for Statistical techniques for improving Service process capability
• Identification of Continual Improvement Projects and Implementation of the same
• Checking the effectiveness of training and initiating necessary corrective and preventive actions
• Reviewing the subject coverage / Exercise completion and intermediate test
• performance of all the courses conducted at the respective unit
• Responsible for sending report to parents on poor academic performance of their ward’s in semester examination as per the format
