Job Description:
Minimum of 9 To 11 years of experience in Java, J2EE, JSP, Hibernate, MyBatis, JDBC, Web Services, Spring MVC, Struts, JSF, AJAX, Java script, JSON.
3+ plus years' experience as a project manager including client facing project management, including delivering enterprise-scale web applications or analytics implementations
Minimum 5 years experience in Financial domain: Global Remittance, Payment banking, Branchless Banking
Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and well, and know when to rely on internal resources to assist.
Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
Superb organizational skills to be able to coordinate complicated projects.
