Education and Qualification:

• Graduation / Post Graduation in Mechanical / Electrical / ElectronicsEngineering professionals with 15-20 yrs experience in Production / Design /Training in industry or suitable experience in academics with passion for transforming lives through training.

Job Descripition:

• Assistant to the Principal / Unit head
• Overall in charge of the centre in the absence of the Principal /Unit Head
• Class room teaching of allotted subjects as per timetable
• Coordinating with corporate office by providing inputs from the centre for processing of centralised activities in academics, examination, and evaluations
• Assist the Principal/Unit head in ensuring smooth conduct of training as per the planned timetable
• Conduct of regular informal meetings with the Academic in charge as well as Workshop/ Lab in charges
• Jointly review actions of non-conformances with the ISO co coordinator its effectiveness and report to Principal for corrective actions if any
• Conduct surprise Internal Audits regularly to ensure that non-conformances are minimal
• Ensure planning of extra classes / Work shop /Labs to be in line with the defined standards
• Assist the Principal/ Unit head in faculty evaluation and training needs by interacting with trainees and share the feedback for continual improvement for effective training
• Monitor weekend project activities of trainees and ensure systematic evaluation processes
• Periodical follow up on mentoring of trainees.
• Assist the external observers / Unit head in fair conduct of examinations and also centralised evaluation processes
• Extend support to warden to maintain discipline and smooth living in hostel
• Promote extracurricular activities in the centre for enhanced participation
• Support and activate marketing activities of NTTF

Job Descripition

• Overall Incharge for the respective unit
• Member of Management Review Committee
• Chair the Unit level Review meeting and review the quality Status at the Unit
• Getting feedback from the Customers (Students and Industries) and initiating Corrective/ preventive action
• Evaluation of the faculty and initiation of Corrective/ preventive action
• Identify and Provide adequate resources
• Coordination of Design, Entrance Examination and Common Examination as per the instructions of Dir(Trg)
• Approval of External Servicing Agencies
• Disposition decision for non-conformance related to training
• Identify & provide the training needs of the staff
• Identify the need for Statistical techniques for improving Service process capability
• Identification of Continual Improvement Projects and Implementation of the same
• Checking the effectiveness of training and initiating necessary corrective and preventive actions
• Reviewing the subject coverage / Exercise completion and intermediate test
• performance of all the courses conducted at the respective unit
• Responsible for sending report to parents on poor academic performance of their ward’s in semester examination as per the format
