2-5 years of experience in human resources function. Ideally should have spent 1-2 years in talent acquisition.
Strong on analysis. Should have excellent skills as a strong area.
Strong understanding of portals including LinkedIn, rim jobs etc and believes in cost-effective sourcing.
Should be process-driven and assertive to drive talent acquisition agendas.
