What is expected out of you?
Leading the teams to provide the product support and remain as the 1st level escalation support/SPOC for all business critical clients.
Understand customer requirements, conduct GAP analysis and requirements gathering sessions and prepare the required deliverables.
Analyze the problems and provide
Work with Business Analysts and Business users to resolve customer issues within the practice.
Responsible for Technical Documentation and Training users.
Develop technical specifications and process flow diagrams as per CMMI standards.
Translate functional design into technical deliverables and also perform code reviews as per CMMI standards.
Managing relationships with key stakeholders, to include offshore and
Adopt industry best-practices in Project Delivery and support processes.
Proactively bring innovation and new ideas to the organization and considering the enterprise-wide strategic view in all Project Delivery decisions.
Ensure the team to have the necessary information and tools to be effective in their roles, as well as creating training plans for all members of the team.
Exploring new technologies/processes and implement it within the team.
Assisting the team for designing/promoting project proposals in conjunction with the Leadership (Onshore/Offshore).
Build competency within the organization across the Products Practice.
Responsible in achieving customer and organizational objectives.
Involve in Stake Holder Management, Customer Communication, Risk assessment and mitigation planning.
Accountable in handling the resources in the project.
What should you possess?
Education qualification: Prefer B.E/
Possess Certifications in Agile Scrum and PMP desirable.
A minimum of 12-14 years of experience leading technical projects.
Possess minimum 4 years’ experience as an Application Lead / Architect.
Well versed with the Design Patterns and implement them while
Hands-on experience in application setups and testing unit/integration/user acceptance.
Experience in creating documentation to support analysis and implementation for all aspects of the Product Development.
Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
Maintain high understanding of Dignity and Diversity in the workplace.
Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised.
Strong Domain,
Ability of talking to Customers,
Ability to drive Projects and providing Effort Estimates.
Ability of building and handling a team.
