Position: Java – Managing  Principal Consultant

Experience: 12-14 Years

Role
A Managing Principal Consultant is responsible for a group of project leads, their teams and the deliverables for their set of accounts. You should continuously liaise with stakeholders to ensure organization and the clients get the best value from the engagement.

What is expected out of you?
Leading the teams to provide the product support and remain as the 1st level escalation support/SPOC for all business critical clients.
Understand customer requirements, conduct GAP analysis and requirements gathering sessions and prepare the required deliverables.
Analyze the problems and provide solution to troubleshoot the complex process and technology issues.
Work with Business Analysts and Business users to resolve customer issues within the practice.
Responsible for Technical Documentation and Training users.
Develop technical specifications and process flow diagrams as per CMMI standards.
Translate functional design into technical deliverables and also perform code reviews as per CMMI standards. 
Managing relationships with key stakeholders, to include offshore and onsite leadership.
Adopt industry best-practices in Project Delivery and support processes.
Proactively bring innovation and new ideas to the organization and considering the enterprise-wide strategic view in all Project Delivery decisions.
Ensure the team to have the necessary information and tools to be effective in their roles, as well as creating training plans for all members of the team.
Exploring new technologies/processes and implement it within the team.
Assisting the team for designing/promoting project proposals in conjunction with the Leadership (Onshore/Offshore).
Build competency within the organization across the Products Practice.
Responsible in achieving customer and organizational objectives.
Involve in Stake Holder Management, Customer Communication, Risk assessment and mitigation planning.
Accountable in handling the resources in the project.

What should you possess?

Education qualification: Prefer B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc Computers.

Possess Certifications in Agile Scrum and PMP desirable.
A minimum of 12-14 years of experience leading technical projects.
Possess minimum 4 years’ experience as an Application Lead / Architect.
Well versed with the Design Patterns and implement them while architecting new solutions.
Hands-on experience in application setups and testing unit/integration/user acceptance.
Experience in creating documentation to support analysis and implementation for all aspects of the Product Development.
Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
Maintain high understanding of Dignity and Diversity in the workplace.
Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised.
Strong Domain, Business Communication and Soft Skills.
Ability of talking to Customers, Onsite Co-coordinators, High Profile Business Users and Business Analysts. 
Ability to drive Projects and providing Effort Estimates.
Ability of building and handling a team.

AWS Sys Admin with Linux Admin or Windows Admin | Apps Associates (I) Pvt. Ltd.

Experience: 5 - 8 years.

Location: Hyderabad

Summary:
Must be able to work independently as well as in team environments - often in stressful, high-impact situations. Manage day to day core infrastructure issues working collaboratively with various teams to debug and root-cause on failures and provide holistic solution. Knowledge on scripting for automating system administration task. Monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery systems for new solutions, Required (24/7 IT Infrastructure Support, available for 9 hours shift and weekend)

Responsibilities:

AWS:
Installed, Configured, maintained and have done troubleshooting on AWS EC2 instances
Understands how Snapshots of AWS instances works
Provisioning S3 & Configure VPCs, ELBs, IAM, Auto-Scaling
Configure & Troubleshoot Storage Gateway, Cloud Front
Configure Cloud Watch & Route 53
Migration experience to cloud

Windows:
Installation, Configuration, Troubleshooting of Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 and Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Windows Clusters and analyzing Event Logs.
Experience in Migration/Upgrade of Window Server infrastructure on Public / Private Cloud.
Advanced knowledge on Domain Security and Group Policy
Deep technical problem isolation and resolution capability


VMWare:
Installation, Configuration, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of ESX, VMWare Environment.
Perform VM/Storage vMotion,
Add/Remove Memory or any other Hardware resources on the VM
Installing, Upgrading and Troubleshooting VMtools
Taking, Deleting and reverting snapshots of the VM

Linux:
Installation, Configuration, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Red Hat, CentOS, Debian and Ubuntu operating systems
Installation, Security patching (yum, package etc..), Kernel Upgrade and downgrade
Troubleshoot Linux Server Performance issues using various performance and monitoring tools such as SAR, I/O stat, tcpdump etc.
Configure, Manage and troubleshoot Apache HTTPD and provide Transport Layer Security (TLS)-enabled websites and virtual hosts
Configure, Manage and troubleshoot secure SSH service
Install, Configure and Managing Infrastructure services like DNS(BIND)& DHCP
