Brief description :

  • To provide a high level of electronic email support to customers and associated services.
  • Report and log all customers’ issues into the customer relation management database.
  • Manage & answer large amounts of emails within the deadlines.
  • Generate sales leads.
  • Assess customers’ need to achieve satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Meet customer service team quotas.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Preferred skills

  • Minimum 1year experience in customer service field.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Excellent English writing and email drafting skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Graduates in any stream preferred.
  • Team oriented/player, self motivated, have good email etiquette.
  • Should be open to work in night shifts (24*7 environment).
  • Good interpersonal skills & Attention to detail.
