Brief description :
- To provide a high level of electronic email support to customers and associated services.
- Report and log all customers’ issues into the customer relation management database.
- Manage & answer large amounts of emails within the deadlines.
- Generate sales leads.
- Assess customers’ need to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Meet customer service team quotas.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Preferred skills
- Minimum 1year experience in customer service field.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Excellent English writing and email drafting skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Graduates in any stream preferred.
- Team oriented/player, self motivated, have good email etiquette.
- Should be open to work in night shifts (24*7 environment).
- Good interpersonal skills & Attention to detail.
