Ramboll is looking for a talented senior graphic designer to join our Ramboll India team, who has a passion and enthusiasm for design, with a creative flair.

Role Overview

The role requires the person to prepare and design professional corporate PowerPoint presentations that communicate ideas in the most professional and inspiring manner.

The person will work closely with the corporate communication and branding team to design company collaterals that will primarily involve PowerPoint presentations and Infographics and may also include designing of brochures, corporate stationery, company branding, banners, e-newsletter, Flash and Power Point presentations, social media posts etc.

Key Job Areas

• Prepare best in class PowerPoint business presentations, starting from the point of conceptualization to art design to final execution.
• Ensure consistency of the deliverables with the corporate brand guidelines.
• Understand and visualize the requirements of internal clients from different Country Units, brainstorm on design with them and deliver as per the client’s expectations.
• Design of Infographics brochures, corporate stationery, company branding, banners, e-newsletter, Infographics, flash presentations, social media posts etc, on need basis.

 Key Skills – Must Have

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, in order to understand and brainstorm requirements with team members.
• MS POWERPONT: Overall expertise in making professional PowerPoint Presentations, starting from the stage of conceptualization to art design and to final execution. Enhance visual graphics formatting of Power-point documents creativity to produce professional output in line with Brand guidelines of the Company. Excellent knowledge of all design elements of PowerPoint.
• Good knowledge of Infographics, layout, color scheme and typography.
• Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop for photo editing, Illustrator. 

 Experience with working with brand guidelines and templates in a larger corporate organization is a must

• Proficiency at grasping new technical concepts quickly and utilizing the same in a productive manner.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
• A good knowledge of printing and other media is a must.
• Proven ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
• Should be open to feedback and willing to make changes to her/his design.

Good to Have Skills

• Knowledge of audio/video editing and video graphics good to have.
• Good knowledge of animation (Expression/Proportion/Emphasis/timing).
• Knowledge of SharePoint will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of working on flash presentations.
• Premier, Dreamweaver, Sound Forge.

Experience

5-7 years of working experience in a design/design department/UI/ advertising agency, design house or in corporate communications design team.

Education

Post-graduate/Graduate (MFA/BFA) in Fine Arts and Diploma in Multimedia.
