Brief description :
- Responsible for the smooth functioning of the restaurants
- Preparing and maintaining world class menu
- Leading the entire restaurant staff to maintain the discipline
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the associates
- Motivates the staff regularly to enhance their performance to the expected standard level.
Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports
- Keeping statistical and financial records
- Assessing and improving profitability
- Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities etc
- Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurants
Preferred skills
- Should have a degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management
- Practical experience in the similar field for at least 5 years is a must.
- Should have worked as a Restaurant Manager in any reputed restaurant.
- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
- Excellent customer service skills
- Commercial awareness
- Flexibility & Good interpersonal skills
