Brief description :

• Responsible for the smooth functioning of the restaurants
• Preparing and maintaining world class menu
• Leading the entire restaurant staff to maintain the discipline
• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the associates
• Motivates the staff regularly to enhance their performance to the expected standard level.

Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports

• Keeping statistical and financial records
• Assessing and improving profitability
• Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities etc
• Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurants

Preferred skills

• Should have a degree in Hospitality / Hotel  Management
• Practical experience in the similar field for at least 5 years is a must.
• Should have worked as a Restaurant Manager in any reputed restaurant.
• Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
• Excellent customer service skills
• Commercial awareness
• Flexibility & Good interpersonal skills
