Location: Chennai
Qualification: Any UG / PG - Human Resource or related field.
Prerequisite:
Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and scale-up. Good on MIS & present data Technical Proficiency.
Good Verbal & Written Communication skills.
Capable to do End to End hiring till on-boarding.
Past experience in recruitment and bulk-hiring.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Understanding the recruitment timeliness, revenue implications, quality focus and market availability.
Ability to the front end with internal customers/Delivery/ Clients.
Maintain hiring within grid & cost per hire v/s SLAs.
Experienced in handling larger accounts and multiple customers.
Working closely with Resource Management Group for on-time fulfillment's along with process adherence.
Hiring through different channels and striking balance on channel mix.
Hands on experience in sourcing through portals and exposed to different sources for getting profiles.
Technical Knowledge on a various domain along with good MIS and data presentation.
Exposure to Recruitment Tools would be a plus.
