Hi,
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager under the payroll of one of the leading partner with Axis Bank Ltd, Job Location: Hyderabad, Vijayawada and Vizag.

Job Role:
1. Achieve staffing recruitment by evaluating and recruiting the candidates as per the given business mandates, well versed of Bulk Hiring in BFSI industry.
2. Attract talent by placing job advertisements through various hiring sources.
3. Arrange interviews between candidate and management and coordinating the end to end hiring process.
4. Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirement.
5. Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment norms & policy.
Candidate Preference:
1.Minimum 3 years of bulk hiring with post graduate degree.
2. Excellent Communication, organizational and time management skills
3. Candidate preferable from BFSI industry
4.Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
5.Proficient in Microsoft Office
6.Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
CTC: Upto 4 Lakhs Per Annum.

Recruitment Lead | Talent Acquisition Manager

Role: Recruitment Lead / Lead Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Manager 

Location: Perungalathur, Chennai 

Roles & Responsibility:
Good in Communication, Both Male & Female is Eligible
Minimum 5 to 7 Years of Experience into Recruitment
As individual Contribution around 40 to 50 joined in a month
Minimum Team Handling Experience 3 to 4 Person in a team.
Driving hiring strategy and execution for Enterprise Technical Application Support division
Build and implement effective staffing strategies for critical, niche positions
Individually hiring for senior levels with zero agency dependency
Extensive talent research, staffing intelligence, competitive landscape, mapping and building connections with key talent
Cross-functional collaboration with various internal stakeholders from diverse functions and teams
Providing detailed training to the Sourcing and Screening (channel) teams on various multi-skill Niche requirements for achieving high conversions and quicker TAT on-demand fulfilment
Report Management & data analysis/interpretation
Responsible for entire recruitment life cycle including making recruiting strategy and Recruiting cost analysis, sourcing, screening and onboarding candidates.

Work on the sourcing strategy as per business forecast Managing and filling talent requirement with high-cost savings for Servion (India/APAC).

Interaction with Delivery/Business Units heads to gather & understand the resource needs/ demand forecast

Major Focus on low-cost hiring by channelizing of candidates through a variety of means such as employee referral, Walk-in, campus drive, job fares etc.

Vendor and recruitment channel partner management which includes vendor - strategy, assessment and meets

Done extensive research on competitors and resource availability in the Chennai market on advertisement/Media industry

Preparation of reports - daily, weekly and monthly
