Your new role
Take responsibility for driving the client issue life-cycle; the analysis, replication and testing of identified defects; and escalating requests to the appropriate development and consulting teams.

Main activities
Drive the client issue life-cycle; the analysis, replication, and testing of identified defects
Monitoring, tracking and reviewing the progress of an incident
Actively respond to and support client’s helpdesk requests
Recording and maintaining the integrity of data within JIRA
Routing defects, service requests or enhancements
Assist clients with software release coordination and smoke testing
To be successful in this role candidates will require:
4-8 years’ experience in a similar capacity
Financial Services experience is critical
Experience within a similar helpdesk/service desk environment support external clients
Proven experience in technical troubleshooting
Ability to understand and act appropriately with conflicting priorities in a methodical manner
Familiarity with JIRA Service Desk, relational database and SQL and the software development lifecycle
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distinguish between business and technical businesses
You should possess a basic understanding of incident, problem, change and configuration management
