To be successful in this
4-8 years’ experience in a similar capacity
Financial Services experience is critical
Experience within a similar helpdesk/service desk environment support external clients
Proven experience in technical troubleshooting
Ability to understand and act appropriately with conflicting priorities in a methodical manner
Familiarity with JIRA Service Desk, relational database and SQL and the software development
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distinguish between business and technical businesses
You should possess a basic understanding of incident, problem, change and configuration management
