Senior Team Lead - Credit Control
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for managing Accounts Receivable/ Credit control function.
Set targets for debt collection.
Monitor and manage statutory filing / schedule payments / issues in a timely manner
Timely and effective collection of all debts and customers payments.
Creating procedures and policies that ensure timely payments while maintaining a high level of customer retention.
Escalation management and query resolution.
Checking customer's credit ratings .
MIS reporting on Accounts Receivable function .
Face the internal and statutory audits with respect to Accounts Receivable functions.
Forecasting-relating to debt collection
Co-ordinating with sales & order entry team in resolving customer issues.
Minimum Qualification and Experience
8 - 12 years of experience in Finance with at least 2 years of experience in leading Accounts receivable / Credit Control team.

Mandatory Skills
Knowledge in Financial Accounting.
Analytical Skills on Financial Data.
Relevant knowledge on VAT accounting.
Team Managements Skills.
Expert in MS Excel.
Desired Skills
Exposure to ERP accounting package.
Escalations / Customer call management skills.
Experience in Software Company will be an added advantage.
Competency Skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Team management skills coupled with matured attitude .
Good planning, organizing & time management skills.
