Job Description
Experience required: 1-6 yrs
Preferred Industry Type : Construction Chemical, Paints, Ceramics, Tiles, Sanitary ware, Building Products/Material, Plywood.
Type of Marketing : Retail Channel Sales (Waterproofing & Paints division)
Salary : Not a constraint for a right candidate

JOB PROFILE:
  1. Conduct business activity under Channel Retail Sales (Company owned depots to dealers to end users).
  2. Creating awareness of waterproofing products based on innovative and patented technology.
  3. Achievement of sales & collection targets in assigned area/states.
  4. Maintaining dealer wise ledger for sales/collection/Token/C Form reconciliation.
  5. Conducting Painter / Dealer Training Program, formal & small group with set guidelines.
  6. Collecting leads from retailers and visit to expected sites for demonstration and business generation.
  7. Merchandising activity like POS, Demo Kit, Display, etc.
  8. Preparing of Dealer & Painter / Mason Data Bank with ABC / XYZ classification and update to HO / Supervisor with desired frequency.
  9. Generating business enquity and training of customers like small builders, hostels, hospitals and other small institutions.
  10. Visit to Architects & Interiors decorators and developers for increasing awareness of waterproofing products and paints and ancillary products.
  11. On time reporting as per the company norms. To submit mobile based daily reporting and other weekly / monthly reports.
  12. Candidates with higher experience will be considered for Area Sales Manager opening.
  13. Channel management & expansion.
  14. Painters & applicators training.
  15. Architects & engineers visits.
