Job Description:

Responsible for managing & administration of the company payroll and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly payroll activities.

Update payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, deductions, departments, transfers etc.,

Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll.

Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment process.

Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training and development initiatives.

Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.

Ensure compliance with labour regulations.

Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.

Oversee daily operations of the HR Department.

Requirement:

MBA/MSW in Human Resource Management. (Age between 25 - 30 Years)

Proven working experience as HR Executive / Payroll Executive.

Knowledge of payroll and payroll procedures.

Experience of report writing utilising excel & word.
