Other Requirements:-

→Degree holder with 10+ years of working experience as a project controls expert in construction industry and at project sites.

→Masters in Project Management/ Construction Management/

Project Controls/ Related Course

→Preferably PMP or PRINCE2 Certified

→Expert knowledge of Microsoft Project and Primavera 6

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Preparing & evaluating detailed project planning
• Scheduling, resource planning
• Preparation and evaluation of operating budgets including Profitability & Cash Flow Statements
• Preparing ‘S’ Curves, method statements,
• Preparing specific quality assurance & control plans etc
• Monitoring & controlling the projects with respect to physical & financial progress, time, cost, resource deployment & utilization,
• contract compliance and quality compliance,
• Ensure execution of projects within the time & cost parameters.

Experience:

• 15+ years of experience in Construction/Infrastructure Companies

Education:

• Degree/Diploma in engineering with relevant experience
• PG Diploma in Project Planning/Construction Management

Key Skills:

• Essential: Working Knowledge in MS Projects, Primavera & SAP.
