JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Preparing & evaluating detailed project planning
- Scheduling, resource planning
- Preparation and evaluation of operating budgets including Profitability & Cash Flow Statements
- Preparing ‘S’ Curves, method statements,
- Preparing specific quality assurance & control plans etc
- Monitoring & controlling the projects with respect to physical & financial progress, time, cost, resource deployment & utilization,
- contract compliance and quality compliance,
- Ensure execution of projects within the time & cost parameters.
Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in Construction/Infrastructure Companies
Education:
- Degree/Diploma in engineering with relevant experience
- PG Diploma in Project Planning/Construction Management
Key Skills:
- Essential: Working Knowledge in MS Projects, Primavera & SAP.
