ECI is looking for a professional and creative SW engineer to join our network management development team who is responsible for our LightSoft product

Job Location:
Bangalore

Responsibilities
Design & Development of features in Tunnels, Services & Fault management domain
Work on Bugs & Feature requests for upcoming releases in the roadmap
Handle Customer issues logged in Bug Management tool and update the status
Update status over Email/Phone/Communicator/Wikis periodically and proactively, to keep the stakeholders aware of the progress.
Working with remote teams in different time-zones

Requirements
B.E. / B. Tech in Computer Science or Electronics and Communication
5-8 years of Hands-on experience working in networking/telecom domain-based Product Company
C++ Programming experience in the project is a must
Java experience is a plus
Hands-on development and design of MPLS-TP & IP/MPLS modules and applications
Handling scale, performance improvements & complex customer issues
Experience in working with DB
Familiar with design patterns
Familiar with Weblogic and JEE

Strong Object-oriented Analysis and Design and knowledge of design patterns
Strong knowledge and experience in:
Building REST application services
Data modeling for RDBMS and NoSQL scenarios
Strong software development experience using test-driven, agile methodology
Strong understanding and build/release management experience using SVN, Maven, Jenkins or similar ecosystem
Experience in leading teams, taking bottom line of technical delivery of small-medium sized projects

Skills & Experience (Nice to Have)
Prior experience in Big Data analytics, Machine Learning and NLP
Python & MEAN stack
