Roles & Responsibilities:
Monitor calls handled by agents as per the Sampling Plan
Conduct regular Joint Discussions (Call Calibrations) on a weekly basis
Agents errors will be reported through IM which needs to be handled
Training Need Analysis, Call Analysis & Data Scrub will be part of your routine
Regular feedback/coaching as soon as possible
Join on calls with leads/mentors/scrum masters for better performance as an organization

Walk-In As Internship Trainee (JAVA)

Qualification: B.Tech / BE in Computer Science/IT, M.Tech C.Sc/IT

Experience: Freshers

Walk-In Date: 6th January 2018,10 AM to 3 PM

Mandatory Skills:

• Core JAVA
• Candidates with excellent communication skills, logic and skills in Core JAVA, Collections.
• The Internship period will be for a span of 3 months.
• There will be a stipend of Rs. 7500 in the 1st month, Rs. 10000 in the 2nd month and Rs. 15000 in the 3rd month of the Internship.
