You will engage resources across the entire Druva organization (sales, product management, and support). You will proactively expand adoption of Druva solutions within accounts by driving relationships at every level, both internally and externally, to influence positive change. In addition to the customer-facing activities, TAMs report key account metrics and insight into Druva internal teams and contribute to TAM program development activities.

Responsibilities
Customer Advocate; world-class customer liaison
Map Druva solutions to the customer’s unique business and technical requirements to ensure strategic long term value
Understand the customer’s relevant business challenges while functioning as a trusted advisor for “best practices” and drive adoption of Druva solutions within your assigned accounts
Agility: respond to the needs of your customers with confidence and ease
Provide project leadership, coordination and architectural guidance for the customer’s major Druva initiatives
Maintain high-level technical knowledge of core Druva solutions and future product direction
Manage and own competing requests across multiple client engagements
Provide clear and constructive product feedback to Druva product management teams based on customer use-cases and requirements
Support customer business objectives by effectively leveraging TAM program deliverables

Desired Skills
Must be agile and able to adjust quickly to many different situations and challenges
Demonstrated ability and experience in customer-facing positions as a technology consultant (preferably with management consulting, IT vendor or professional services organization)
Must be a fast learner with the ability to explain technical concepts to a variety of audiences
Solid technical background in at least 2 of the following areas: data centre infrastructure, data management, operating systems, desktop deployments, networking, security, system administration, and technical architecture; preferably with industry certifications
Business acumen and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence change at all levels
Effective at working independently and in a virtual team setting
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing client demands
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills including the ability to interact, communicate and build relationships with all levels of personnel from administrators to CxO levels
Bachelor’s degree preferred or demonstrated equivalent experience
VCP and or MCP Certified is a nice to have

Roles and responsibilities:
As part of a development team,the resources are expected to take the following responsibilities:
Develop web applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Python.
Work with other developers on the Druva development team on the implementation of common frameworks and solutions.
Work with the Druva development team to support and maintain existing production code in the field and develop,deliver new enhancements &amp ,products.
Work with other Druva product teams to define a common UI vision.
Take end to end responsibility of tasks / modules / feature assigned from understanding the requirement, designing, implementation and developer testing.
Work with the UX designers and analyze the specs for implementation feasibility etc.
Stay current on new technologies as they relate to web-based application development
Job description:
We are looking for a team leader who is passionate about engineering the user interface for a market leading SaaS service using state-of-the-art web technologies and frameworks.
As a technical leader, you have deep and broad expertise in UI development and the associated web technologies and frameworks like JavaScript, React, AngularJS etc.
You have experience in developing UI for a feature rich product involving web and desktop interfaces.
You strive to keep yourself and the team updated about established and emerging tools, technologies and frameworks
Adopt the ones that meet the user interface needs of the product, while ensuring a responsive UI that scales across millions of users.
As a team leader you have complete ownership of the user interface development for the product.
You are a strong believer in getting things done through the team and getting best performance out of engineers that match their potential.
You have good experience in leading reasonably large development effort and delivering on it with high quality without compromising pace and agility.

Key Skills:
Hands on experience in developing feature rich and cloud scale UI using JavaScript or any other framework built on top of JavaScript like jQuery, ReactJS, AngularJS, etc.
Experience with React a strong plus.
Proficient in HTML 5, CSS3, BootStrap, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, JSON, SASS, LESS, Git etc.
Proficient in building web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript etc.
Familiarity with unit test development for UI elements and JavaScript.
Ability to define requirements for backend and integration experience. Full stack development experience is a plus.
Python/ NodeJS/Java as a programming language is preferable.
Sound debugging skills using tools like browser's developer tools, Sublime/Atom, Fiddler, WireShark etc.
Should be a self-starter and able to demonstrate good learnability.
Should be able to learn and contribute in an individual contributor capacity.
Good to have - Working knowledge of design tools, nodejs, npm modules, Unix.
