Brief description :
We are looking to hire motivated, adaptable and innovative Junior Recruiter to assist with attracting, screening and
onboarding talent at Techversant. The responsibilities of the opportunity include:
Develop and implement methods for attracting and screening candidates for potential job placement
With guidance, actively manage the recruitment
lifecycle of applicants (posting job opportunities, reviewing
applicants scheduling interviews, offering job opportunities and
onboarding new hires)
Assist in developing, leveraging and maintaining working relationships with company and community stakeholders
Actively leverage social media sources in attracting talent
Maintain accurate data, metrics, and provide timely
updates on information
Prioritize weekly objectives, proactively develop goals and ensure timely completion of assigned workload
Other duties as assigned
