Partner closely with management and other functional teams to thoroughly understand the needs of the business, be close to current and future hiring needs, and develop the best search strategy to identify and attract exceptional candidates in a fast-growing, competitive market.
Support business leaders in managing capacity through analyzing the manpower planning & budgeting exercise for the assigned domain with a focus on productivity and optimum utilization of manpower.
Engaging with the leadership team and managing stakeholder expectations;
Proactive HR sensing and addressing employee grievances/concerns etc.
Lead talent management, performance management, development, engagement and retention strategies for own business and accounts
Interact with teams/ individuals as part of formal/ informal groups so as to feel the pulse of the organization and bring about changes/ improvements
Sustain Culture and communication while building awareness of policies and practices
Maintain HRBP dashboards
