Experience- Minimum 1 year Responsibilities:- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs Determine selection criteria Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) Create strong talent pipelines for companys current and future hiring needs. Effectively utilize tools such as search engines, job boards, LinkedIn and social channels to source candidates Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews Track and follow-up on all candidates; evaluated on the ability to connect with potential candidates and set interviews Lead employer branding initiatives Requirements:- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role Hands- on experience in sales hiring or Bulk hiring.
