CTC can go from 18 to 32 Lakh Plus Varaibles Role is; Identification of potential Strategic Alliances (Bancassurance) & also maintain relationships with key stakeholders of Bank. Analyzing the potential of the partner & devising a structured approach towards converting the same to Business. Responsible for the overall development & execution of strategy for developing existing partnerships & business through the channel. Identify, solicit, prospect & secure new avenues (product lines) with partner banks, generating new income for Company across the domains of Banks & Alliances. Steering the acquired partner relationship in terms of Launching/ Planning/ Strategizing Solution selling to partners Requirement is; Ideal candidate should be a Management Graduate with More than 10 years experience in acquisition & management of large key partnerships in the financial services industry- preferably Insurance Industry.
