Brief description :
Handling End to the End Recruitment process
Understanding the requirements received from clients, Plan and schedule a road map towards achieving the targets.
Looking after the entire cycle of recruitment that includes headhunting/searching/sourcing potential candidates.
Sourcing profiles from various job portals such as Naukri, Monster, Shine, Indeed, internal database networking sites and references
Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process.
Shortlisting resumes by evaluating the candidate's communication skills, presentation and technical skills based on the requirements
Performing reference and background checks
Following up on the interview process status.
Negotiating & convincing candidates to accept the offer and make them join as soon as possible
Building good relations with the candidates and maintaining the database
End- to- End follow-up of candidate
Preparation of Weekly and Monthly report relating to interviews with a number of interviews happened, Offer Made and Candidates Joined
Evaluation and discussion with the candidates over the telephone the job Role
Updating the status trackers and following up candidates for feedback.
Coordinate with candidates throughout the process of pre-joining & post Joining formalities
Maintain a database of candidates

Preferred skills
Minimum 2 years of Relevant Experience.
