Total Experience in years: 8-12 years of Human Resources / Employee Relations experience in a manufacturing facility

 

Post-Graduation/ PGDM:

Professional qualification in Human Resources. Post graduate degree or diploma in Human Resource management / Personnel Management and industrial relations.

Knowledge of labour laws is essential.
