Direct Walk-in for Team Leader Sales in OPPO Mobiles

Location : UP East / Lucknow / Kanpur / Jhansi / Sitapur / Raebareli /

Industry: Telecom

Role: Team Leader Sales

Qualification - Graduate/ MBA

Age Limit: 21 to 30 Years.
Experience - 1 to 5 years of experience as a Team Leader Sales in any Mobile Company.

Required Key skills :

Good Communication Skills.
Mobile sales experience will be an advantage.
Hard-working & ready for relocation

Job Description:-
1. Leading the team of sales promoter and driving sales from them.
2. Building a relationship with dealers to focus on our product to increase sales.
3. Recruitment of the sales Promoter as per requirement
4. Managing the availability of stock at outlets and push distributors to fulfil the stock to meet the demand in the market.
5. Responsible for making the brand visible in a given territory and taking branding spaces with all legal formalities.
6. Achievement of monthly sales target.
7. Increasing the width of the distribution.
8. Analysis of team productivity and knowledge
9. Given Product training to Sales Promoter
