Human Resource Operations/ Strategic HR:
A key driver of transition management secured resources required during and following the transition and ensuring that changes are effectively integrated into the business.
Spearheading entire HR Operations inclusive of organizational development, policy formation & implication, statutory compliance, HR audits and so on.
Strategizing the long/short-term directions by forecasting the future manpower requirement and designing plans for acquiring requisite skills and competencies.
Talent Acquisition & Development
Organizational Staffing Requirements, Job Analysis & Job Documentation.
Sourcing & Recruiting with methods, effectiveness and leveraging technology in sourcing and recruiting.
Using the most appropriate hiring methods to evaluate candidates technical skills, organizational fit, and alignment with the organizations competency needs.
Screen, Interview, Assess & Evaluate the candidate, selecting the right candidate and offer.
Employee Onboarding & Assimilation.
Personnel Administration
Formulating & benchmarking functional best practices to focus on the development of abilities to meet present and future goals and mission set by the organization
Sustaining the records for Personnel & Administration Department (Employees’ Personal Files, Performance Appraisal, Contractors’ Agreements, Contractor Registers and miscellaneous expenses etc.)
Preparing Job descriptions for existing employees as well as new joiners
Training & Development
Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for different roles and analysis of the existing level of competencies; presenting the training progress in the management review meeting.
Planning, scheduling, conducting & evaluating training programmes in consultation with various Departmental Heads and also coordinating in the selection of skilled trainers
Performance Management
Effectuating the performance management system; managing confirmation / annual performance appraisal process across the levels linked to reward management and career growth
Developing KPIs/KRAs’ for managers and other work levels in coordination with Dept. Head / Management
Employee Engagement, Retention & Welfare
Addressing the issues on employee productivity, attrition and organization culture
Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances & maintaining cordial employee relations
Organizing festival functions, various events and other awareness programmes, aimed at enhancing the sense of bonding and oneness amongst the employees.
Steering employee motivation, personnel/family counselling thereby instituting measure for reducing absenteeism and employee turnover.
