We are looking for Procurement analyst at Assistant Manager level position for the below JD. Experience 3-5 Years in managing MIS and quality processes Job Description • Knowledge in working with procurement tools such as SAP & Ariba • Expert in MS-Excel, Power Point which is required for a. MIS preparation b. Reports generation which is weekly, monthly basis and adhoc basis . Cordination with stakeholders for conducting surveys such as ASAT, CSAT and VSAT. . Strong analytical skills to perform spend analysis,Savings review and validation as per company policy, . Awareness of procurement processes,regular amendments and monitoring of critical metrices as per the procurement processes . Act as SPOC for all procurement related audits. . Strong communication and public relation skills to coordinate with various internal and external holders. . Vendor creation in SAP and or Ariba, configuration of e-auctions, and assisting buyers/vendors wherever required in SAP/Ariba . Cordination with Internal IT team on any system/SAP related maintainance, improvements, user base maintainance. .
