Careers Job Description We are Hiring for HR Officer - Warehouse (ONLY MALE) Responsible for Induction & orientation for new joiners on benefits and Policies/procedures followed by the company. Responsible for Attendance Management system- Introducing Barcoding system. Conducting Open Sessions, Lets Talk sessions & Employee Focus group (EFG) discussions on weekly basis with new joiners & existing employees. Coordination for training programs & their evaluation including its effectiveness. Conducting Meetings for controlling Attrition - Analysis on weekly & Monthly basis. Employee engagement activities - Team bonding activities with cross functional departments. Coordinating for Monthly Rewards & Recognition function. Employees compliances Awareness session on ESIC, PF & Adhere to displaying of all Statutory Abstract at warehouse which includes PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, & Registration certificates etc. Supporting for Payroll for on roll and TPC employees.
