Profile- Key Account Manager- B2B Sales/Saas
Experience- Min 3-6 years
Location- Bengaluru
Responsibilities
Act as a single point of contact for business stakeholders and coordinate with the demand team on supply requirements.
Onboard new hotel partners for supply expansion.
Build and leverage relationships with existing & new hotel partners/clients.
Ensure error-free sales processes to eliminate any partner escalations.
Manage post-sales operations & accounts fulfillment.
Coordinate with partners/clients for their query resolution.
Handle queries over the phone, Whatsapp and emails and ensure on-time query resolution.
Act as a key owner for the critical clients.
Requirements

Comfortable for traveling within Hyderabad
Problem-solving attitude
Can-do attitude and passion for self-learning in fast-paced environments
Result-oriented and self-motivated to quickly iterate to deliver desired outcomes
Ability to take end to end ownership: understanding business expectations, discovering & communicating insights, driving adoption within the business
MBA or equivalent degree in Sales and Marketing
Desired Skills and Experience
Business Development, Corporate Sales ,Direct Sales , SaaS Sales.
