Qualification: MBA (HR) or MHRM or equivalent masters degree

Experience required: 6 months to 3 yrs

Work Location: Chennai ( Vepery )

Shift: General Shift.

Job Involves:

* Sourcing resumes, screening and interviewing candidates, interview scheduling, & administering tests.

* Usage of different sourcing channels effectively to create relevant candidate database.

* Following up with candidates for interview scheduling and on-boarding.

* Initiating Background Verification for selected candidates.

* Coordinating with different internal/external stakeholders.

Candidate must :

* Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Have a passion for recruitment.

* Be willing to travel to different locations in South India for recruitment drives.

* Extend support during weekends as and when required.


* Healthcare ITES Recruitment Experience will be an added advantage

* Only Male Candidates Preferred
