Required Educational Qualification- B.Tech, M.tech, B.SC, M.SC, BCA, MCA, (BA, B.Com and Diploma must have networking certification) with an excellent communication skill Interview date- 28-April-2018 Time- 9:30 AM Venue- Xavient Digital-powered by TELUS International (Formerly known as Xavient Information Systems Inc), Plot No. 54 , NSEZ, Noida Phase - II, Job Description- • Extensive PC experience with understanding about trouble shooting, ISP and Operating system. • Good understanding of Network Industry concepts (including WAN, LAN, WLAN). • Experience supporting Enterprise class Routers, Switches in a Global Network Environment. • Any Networking Certifications will be nice to have. • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments. • Excellent to have International voice calling experience. • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal. • Proficient in handling escalation calls.
