1)Senior Software Developer ( 3-6 Years)

Know-how on SW engineering
Experience in the following
Java, J2EE - Servlets, JSP, JPA, JMS, JTA
JavaScript, Jquery
Spring Core, Spring Transaction, Spring JDBC, Spring MVC
Hibernate
RDBMS - Oracle
XML, Web services (REST)
JUnit, Apache Tomcat , UML
Good to have:

Airline domain experience
Onshore experience-interacting with customer
Test NG know-how

2)Tech Lead – 6-8 Years

Should have experience in working with at least 2 Enterprise application projects

Should have good experience in at least one Java based enterprise application development technology stacks – Java EE or Spring

Java EE Stack – Servlets, JSP, JPA, JMS, JTA, etc.

Spring Stack – Spring Core, Spring Transaction, Spring JDBC, Spring MVC
Knowledge of commonly used design patterns
Experience in web services development
Experience in Design and Code Reviews
Experience in at least one Enterprise DBMS like Oracle, IBM DB2 or PostgreSQL
Expertise in UML modelling, Design patterns
Experience in developing custom frameworks for application development

Testing Frameworks (JUnit, Selenium)

Essential Knowledge and Skills
At least 7+ years of software design and development experience
Expert knowledge of Java, Java EE and JavaScript
Strong knowledge of design patterns and best practices
Expert knowledge of REST style web services
Strong debugging and problem solving skills
Familiar with HTML, HTTP, CSS, DOM, Cookies, JSON
Excellent written & communication skills
