Brief description :

• Experience with Linux servers and Windows Servers in virtualized environments
• Familiarity with the fundamentals of Linux scripting languages,Python.
• Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining services such as Bind, Apache, MySQL, nginx, Windows AD, Samba,Sendmail, Zimbra.
• Strong grasp on configuration management tools, such as Puppet or Chef 
• Knowledge of Amazon Web Services like EC2, Route53, Lambda, S3 etc
• Familiarity with firewall devices like Cyberoam/Fortigate/Pfsense.
• Proficient with network tools such as iptables, Linux IPVS, HAProxy, etc
• Experience with virtualization technologies, such as Xen, Horizon, EC2, ESXi, Citrix XenServer,XenDesktop,etc

Preferred skills

• Ability to build and monitor services on production servers
• Ability to work with routers and switches 
• Knowledge of VOIP Services like Elastix/Asterisk
• Any Certifications like RHCE/MCSE will be an added advantage.
