Walk-in Interview for L1 Support #Bangalore

Please find the below Job Description for L1 Support. Job Description: 1. Interact with end users to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services. 2. Gather information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms. 3. Tracks each issue to closure and monitors / collates the type of issues occurring frequently. 4. Works with the relevant team to resolve or automate the frequent concerns. Skills required: 1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both (written and verbal communication). 2. Should be fluent in English and 2 South Indian Languages 3. Decent SQL skills. 4. Basic knowledge of a programming language. 5. Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment. Experience Required: 1. Experience - 0-3 Yrs. 2. Education background (B-Tech CS, M.Sc. computers, BCA/MCA. Note: Only Male candidates required. Interview timings from 10 AM - 1 PM .
