About the department
GSC People Operations (GSC-PO), Bangalore is a transaction centre supporting HQ in Denmark and global affiliates and GSC HR. There are various teams of HR Professionals responsible for Employee & Organization Data Management (SAP HR), Total Rewards, Environment Health and Safety (EHS), Recruitment & Job postings in RecruIT, Training administration including LearnIt, Mobility administration (MMS), payroll, statutory compliance etc.
The position
You will be working for Africa, Asia, Middle East and Oceania (AAMEO) and Latin America (LATAM) team supporting end to end SAP HR employee data management.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for Updating and Maintaining the SAP HR (Org Management and Personnel Administration)
Performing actions related to Hire, Separation, Promotion, Transfer & Demotions on day to day basis based on the request from Stakeholders
Performing the Clean-up and Maintenance activities to ensure data quality is maintained
Maintain and following standard SOPs and KPI while processing the cases
Report Generations from SAP HR and can perform analysis on data
Having Six sigma mind-set
Be service minded and quality-conscious and pay attention to details when carrying out the case handling yet keep the overview of the cases
Self-motivated to work independently, within delegated authority, with minimal or no supervision
Demonstrates the ability to work as part of a team, and a clear understanding of how assigned responsibilities impact other processes and the work of other people
Should be agile in learning new processes
Qualification
Fresher with Bachelors/Masters degree with excellent communication skills
Preferable working experience in International service
SAP HR Reporting knowledge will be an added advantage
Basic knowledge on MS Office
